THE PRODUCT
What is EdgeCasts? +
A twice-a-week screencast library showing operators (founders, managers, anyone with a calendar) exactly how to hand off a recurring task to AI. No theory, no concepts. Somebody does the real task on camera. You copy the prompt. You ship.
Who is this for? +
Operators whose week is eaten by the same admin over and over: inbox triage, CRM updates, weekly reports, meeting follow-ups, Canva copy. If you’ve thought about hiring a VA but hiring one feels like a project, this is for you.
How is this different from a YouTube tutorial or an AI course? +
Courses teach concepts. We show the exact prompt, the exact setting, the exact click, for a real task someone handed off this week. Copy it. Use it Monday. That’s the whole product.
Do I need to write code? +
No. Every workflow runs on prompts, a browser, and the SaaS you already pay for. If you can write an email, you can run this.
What tools do you cover? +
Gmail / Outlook, Slack, HubSpot / Salesforce, Notion, Google Workspace, Canva, and whichever AI model you already use: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini. If an episode needs something else, the first 30 seconds tell you.
Which AI do you use in the screencasts? +
Most of the workflows are filmed on Claude Cowork, Anthropic's paid team subscription. A few episodes use ChatGPT Team, Gemini Business, or Cursor when the task calls for them. To run the same workflow yourself you'll need your own active paid subscription to whichever model the episode uses; the first 30 seconds always name the tool + tier. EdgeCasts isn't sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google; we pay for our own seats like you'll pay for yours.
BILLING
Is there a free trial? +
No trial. There’s a permanent free tier instead. Anyone can watch the free episodes with a free account. If those aren’t useful, paid won’t be either.
How much does it cost? +
Free: $0. Pro: see /pricing (monthly or annual, save 15% on annual). Teams: email us from the pricing page; priced per seat.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. One click from /account. You keep access through the end of the current paid period; we don’t back-charge.
Do you offer refunds? +
Annual plans refund in full within 14 days of the charge: no forms, no questions. Monthly isn’t refundable, but since cancel is instant and you keep the current period, there’s usually nothing to refund.
Can my team share one account? +
Technically yes. Practically no. Credential sharing wrecks your watch history, skews our episode roadmap, and violates the terms. A Team plan solves it and costs less than you’d expect.
CONTENT AND CADENCE
How often do new episodes drop? +
Two a week. Usually Tuesday and Friday. Occasional third on weeks we ship extra.
Can I request a topic? +
Yes. Pro members submit topic requests directly from /account. Requests we see repeatedly jump the queue; we read every one.
Do episodes come with copy-paste prompts and transcripts? +
Yes. Every episode ships with copy-pasteable prompts (one-click copy, right on the page), timestamped chapters, and a full transcript. The workflow is visible frame-by-frame in the video too.
What happens to my progress if I cancel and come back? +
Watch history holds for a year of inactivity per episode, so short breaks are fine. Longer gap and your progress resets. The library itself will still be here.
PRACTICAL
What browsers work? +
Any current Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Arc, or Brave. Standard web APIs; nothing exotic.
Is there a mobile app? +
No. The site works on mobile browsers; phone or tablet is fine. A native app isn’t on the near-term roadmap while the web version covers the use case.
Can I watch offline? +
Not yet. Streaming only.
Something broke. What do I do? +
Hit /contact. A person reads it. We reply within two business days, usually the same day.
